Founded in 2008, Vestacon offers construction management services and general contracting to improve work space for corporate tenants and consumer experiences for retailers.

Vestacon is a construction management and general contracting company specializing in corporate tenant improvements. With locations in Toronto and Vancouver, our foundation is built on trust, reliability and commitment to quality. We guarantee effective planning and coordination along with confident team leadership to maintain communication throughout all stages of construction.

Our History

2008

In a one room office at Yonge and Eglinton in Toronto, with one phone, one laptop, one printer, a folding table and picnic chairs, Vestacon took its first steps towards bringing back integrity and collaboration to the construction industry.

2009

Sam Falzone joins Vestacon as Vice President and Prinicpal.

2012

Vestacon goes through a rebranding with a new website and establishes our signature Vestacon green in the new logotype

2013

Vestacon expand operations to Vancouver, in order to serve clients on a national level. Experienced Sr. Project Manager Rodolfo Perez is named VP of Operations, he relocates to Vancouver and starts to build his team.

2018

Vestacon celebrates ten years!

2018

Vestacon moves into a newly renovated space at 3 Bradwick Drive. Here we can collaborate in an open office space, enjoy catered lunches and take a break with some foosball or darts.

2019

Vestacon reaches over fifty full-time staff as we settle into our new head office and continue our work in collaborative construction management and general contracting.
