The Avanade project is a great example of how effective planning and engaging Vestacon early can result in a much more efficient construction process. Quick decision making amongst the project team allowed for effective cost analysis and employing value engineering strategies. As a result, this 30,000 square foot office renovation project was not only delivered on budget but the schedule was reduced from 16 weeks to 12

Pre-construction planning time is valuable, for this project it made sense to dedicate more time at the front end of the project, with all team members engaged. This generated a successful end result, earlier than scheduled.
