Location: 1110-400 Burrard Street, Vancouver

Precise coordination to ensure this bright and art-filled space reached completion on time turned out to be only one of the challenges during this project 

BCI’s new office brings light to grey days in Vancouver. This 7,000 square foot space involved combining tenant improvement work with landlord requested mechanical and electrical separation, a task that required Vestacon to coordinate with precision with different stakeholders. With features such as; Connectrac, low profile floor mounted wireway system, painted wall feature elements, wall graphics throughout and much more this great design by Kasian Architecture Interior Design and Planning, this space received a complete makeover. Vestacon coordinated pre-ordering of long-lead items such as designer lighting packages and overcame a flooring completion challenge in order to meet the 12-week construction schedule

Completing flooring created a challenge due to the manufacturer’s misinterpreting an order. Close work with the owner, designer, manufacturer, and flooring contractor helped to overcome this and keep the project on schedule.
