The Colliers International Toronto Headquarters project is another example of how Vestacon delivers on our promise to bring value to our clients. Engaged early enough in the design and engineering phase of the project, Vestacon worked closely with the client and project team to align the design and budget. And, even when tender results came in on target, Vestacon responded to Colliers request to reduce costs further by providing strategic value engineering solutions to just that. Designed by Figure3 this 41,000 square foot office space over two floors at Brookfield Place in the Financial District was not only LEED and WELL certified but also the recipient of the 2017 REmmy Project of the Year Award in the 5,000-50,000 square foot category

The construction of the new head office for Colliers International in Toronto, a 41,000 square foot area over two floors, was completed in 14 weeks. The success of the project was attributed to the early introduction of Construction Management to the project at the design and tender phase resulting in effective collaboration with the client and consultants. In addition to the first round of Construction Management services performed, Colliers hired Vestacon to complete two additional projects.
