Detailed scheduling is key when planning a phased renovation of an occupied space. Thankfully, McMillan LLP was able to benefit from Vestacon's extensive experience working in similar conditions when they set out to renovate their three floors. The entire project was completed during the daytime. As a result of effective communication, respect for the occupants of the space and meticulous dedication to meeting timelines, the renovation was successfully completed in five phases over 34 weeks
