Project phasing experience is of great importance when renovating multiple floors that are occupied. Munich Re's multi-floor office renovation was divided into three phases, each phase completed over 13 weeks as well as a stair finishing project completed over eight weeks. The renovation included high-end finishes and folding partitions, design by SGH Design Partners, and also required various budget scenarios based on alternate specifications and finishes.

This multi-floor phased renovation project required detailed coordination for the upgrade of stairs, as well as monitoring of the schedule for furniture delivery and elevator bookings. We ensured that the specifications package was finalized with items to be pre-ordered outlined to meet the project schedule.
