The Qualifications Council of Ontario (QECO)

Location: 10 Alcorn Avenue, Toronto

Sometimes a good renovation can mean everything to make your office a more productive space. For QECO, we had a good space that turned excellent in only 12 weeks.

Space as you need it when the Qualifications Council of Ontario (QECO) renovated their 11,500 square feet office. With folding operable partitions in the boardroom, custom millwork, painted glass, and much more, a cleaner-looking office space emerged.

This project required us to bring in an inspector early on to review the existing conditions of the support beams. The inspector advised us to add fireproofing throughout. We also took in a structural engineer to review loads in the high-density areas and structural support for the folding partition.
