When Vestacon outgrew our office space at Yonge and York Mills we started planning for an upgrade with enough space to further expand. Originally a fabrication warehouse, the new head office at 3 Bradwick Drive in Vaughan provided just what we needed

The interior was designed by Figure3 to suit the requirements, and taste, of the owners and staff. We kept the existing shell of the building but returned it to back-to-base condition to maximize potential. Special features of the building include a functional garage door which is in the lunch area where staff can enjoy seasonal open-air dining, lots of large windows, including many which were added as part of the renovation, high ceilings with exposed painted ductwork giving the office a modern and authentic industrial feel. All existing electrical panels and systems were disconnected and replaced with new ones. We also upgraded the IT fibre cable from the street to the building and installed new CCTV and security systems.

3 Bradwick Drive was originally a fabrication warehouse and therefore zoned as industrial had to be rezoned and approved by the City of Vaughan for use as commercial office space prior to permit application issuance.

One year after occupancy we expanded into the other half of the building, initially planned for subleasing, to accommodate our rapidly growing team.
