Road construction company Colas Canada knows that the path to a successful project is paved with intelligent planning and a solid design. Recognizing the benefits of engaging Vestacon early to deliver their project using our collaborative Construction Management approach contributed significantly to the success of Colas Canada's 9,000 square foot renovation. Together with SGH Design Partners and using some creative pre-construction time-saving strategies, this fresh and airy space featuring Muraflex partitions, unique accent lighting, and Smart Film technology was turned over to the client for an early move-in without compromise

This project is a great example of how bringing Vestacon on board early can have a meaningful, positive impact. Here, in collaboration with the client and SGH Design Partners we were able to pre-order the lighting and Muraflex glazed partition system during the planning and budgeting phase, separately tender the demolition scope and finalize the millwork package prior to construction allowing timely fabrication and delivery to site.
